Bidwells has released its Spring 2020 Cambridgeshire industrial research which reveals that the Cambridge industrial market supply dipped below 350,000 sq ft by the end of 2019. While there has been an increase in prime stock, a third of this is currently under offer.

Reflecting the imbalance in the market, prime rents rose by almost 6% in 2019. With robust recorded demand, particularly for large units, rental growth is expected to average 4% pa over the coming five years.
