Alicia Walter

Alicia’s experience spans residential developments, data centres, infrastructure, renewables and healthcare. Her breadth of experience enables her to step into any project and assess its environmental risk, opportunity, and impact with confidence.

Alicia coordinated preliminary environmental impact assessment for a $1.4bn (AUD), 400km linear infrastructure project and port in South Australia, managing multi-disciplinary technical leads. She also played a key role in ESG and EHS due diligence for Blackstone’s $24bn (USD) acquisition of AirTrunk, translating site findings into clear risks, costs and value creation.

Alicia has engaged directly with Members of Parliament, successfully lobbying for climate initiatives and securing a $1bn (AUD) commitment to publicly owned renewable infrastructure in Queensland. Her clients trust her to communicate with clarity and intent.

Alicia cares deeply about housing - its availability, affordability, and impact on wellbeing. She brings that passion to projects across the UK, from Cambridge to Norfolk, alongside experience gained across Australia. Recent work includes EIA screening for a major life sciences facility in Cambridge, coordination of environmental statements for housing in North Walsham, and scoping for large-scale residential development in Cheshire.

Alicia has led regional diversity initiatives, contributed to global programmes, and continues to support early careers through outreach and work experience schemes.
