A natural problem-solver with an adventurous heart, Dan rolls up his sleeves with no preconceptions, and gets stuck into the most convoluted projects.

Try challenging Dan to see if there’s a sector he hasn’t worked in over the last 20 years. He thrives on leading and finding solutions to complex building projects that others won’t touch.

Currently embedded in resolving a multitude of complicated disputes relating to a chemical engineering and biotechnology building, Dan is conducting meticulous research and liaising with forensic scientists to secure the right solution.

At the other end of the spectrum, a recent Grade II listed private building on a flood plain with a seemingly growing bat population achieved planning for a near-rebuild within six weeks and is set to complete ahead of schedule, and on budget, thanks to his determined mediation of the ecologist, Natural England, conservation officer, archaeologist and planning office.

Proud of his team’s collaborative nature, Dan often works alongside our other experts. Thanks to our logistics team spotting an opportunity for our client, and our planners achieving permission within an exceptionally short timescale, he project managed the fast-paced construction of a new warehouse from bare land to turnkey.
