Sian is Talent Acquisition Advisor – Early Careers, leading our Work Experience, Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes. She oversees the end-to-end early careers strategy, from outreach and attraction through to recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development. Sian plays a key role in ensuring we continue to attract, nurture and grow the next generation of talent at Bidwells.
